You may have heard that Wisconsin bathroom fixtures manufacturer Kohler has pulled its advertising from the Rush Limbaugh show.

That’s big news because Kohler is owned by one of the most conservative families in the state. Now let’s flush Limbaugh from the Southeastern Wisconsin airwaves for good.

Below is a (likely partial) list of Limbaugh’s Milwaukee-area advertisers, composed by members of the Communications Committee. Let’s call these businesses and politely encourage them to withdraw their support from Limbaugh’s show.

It’s worth repeating: Please be polite. Don’t scold or lecture. Just politely explain to the contact person at the business in question that Limbaugh’s vile words are harmful to our community — particularly the women of our community. Then respectfully request that the business spend its advertising dollars more responsibly.
